My time working with MedDocLive at Henry Ford Hospital was outstanding. The experience was well organized and structured to provide quick response times to help facilitate the utilization of EPIC by the residents and physicians. A system was in place to help troubleshoot any of the issues the residents and physicians had with EPIC, with very fast turnaround time. Overall, I had a great experience at Henry Ford Hospital and it was obvious the residents and physicians were grateful for the support while going live with EPIC.
