MedDocLive provided on-site go live personalization labs, at-the-elbow training and just in time training. We offered direct training to the hospitals in-house staff for their continued EPIC support after the go-live concluded. We were also contracted to provide optimization follow up via remote on our Physician Lounge portal and on-site.
