MedDocLive was contracted to provide pre-go live personalization labs and just in time training, both on site and remotely, for multiple Inpatient and Ambulatory go-lives. We provided optimization follow up and enhancement for waves prior to our involvement with the implementation. Work was done both pre-COVID and during the global pandemic.

We started the first wave of our implementation with a different vendor and received a lot of negative feedback. After we switched to MDL for our next three waves, the complaints disappeared. And, we went back to our first wave with MDL to provide additional training which was well received.
